Every flooring project is unique, so each job is custom-tailored to meet the customer's needs.
As experienced problem solvers, we are committed to finding the most effective ways to complete the installation successfully. Materials such as carpet, vinyl and wood in a variety of colors and textures can be combined, or a company logo or design theme integrated into a floor pattern, to create a completely unique environment. As the job unfolds, we explore a variety of possibilities and customize the process to the project.
Not every space is empty, open, clean and ready, so we regularly work non-standard hours ... evenings, weekends and holidays...and perform such services as furniture relocation and flooring demolition.

We develop long-term relationships with most of our customers, who are secure in the knowledge that each job will be handled by the principal and completed successfully.
Our repeat clients turn to us again and again because experience has shown them that they can trust us to do the job correctly. We have established procedures to ensure that each project meets the agreed specifications. Upon completion, the principal, project manager and job foreman review finished areas with a follow-up list and make any necessary adjustments before formally presenting the project to the customer.
We never run from a problem -- we will not only return to make necessary modifications to our own jobs, but we are also available to consult and provide corrective services to those projects that other flooring companies have rejected. In most cases, we offer a one-year warranty on materials and labor.

We understand that the key to any project's success is our ability to complete a job without disrupting or adversely affecting our client's business, so we plan the project according to each customer's schedule, tailor the labor to the job and remain on-call for emergencies around the clock.
To ensure that the job is completed efficiently, we will schedule manpower, materials and moving logistics while helping you focus on considerations like traffic, usage and special needs. Because our experienced, in-house crews work directly for us, they are available when we need them -- we can move expert technicians from one job to another as necessary.
To encourage continuity and efficiency, we frequently assign installers to familiar projects and encourage you to request technicians with whom you feel comfortable. Whether your project is union or non-union, we can provide the workforce to meet your needs.
Not every job is new construction, so flexibility often means availability. President Jeff Spinardi is on-call 24 hours a day, seven days a week to handle emergencies, answer your questions and troubleshoot as your project evolves and changes.
To expedite your turnaround time, we keep many materials -- such as carpet, tile and wood -- in stock in our warehouse.
